AS49581 - Eygelshoven Packet loss and network unreachability

We are investigating packet loss and a partial network unreachability via our upstream AS49581. This affects all downstream and IP-Access customers. Customers in the network 45.142.113.0/24 were affected to 100%.

Our upstream partner is working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have applied temporary changes to mitigate the issue.

  • Our upstream confirmed that the affected router is back in operation.
