Packet loss and network unreachability Saturday 31st August 2024 23:00:00


We are investigating packet loss and a partial network unreachability via our upstream AS49581. This affects all downstream and IP-Access customers. Customers in the network 45.142.113.0/24 were affected to 100%.

Our upstream partner is working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have applied temporary changes to mitigate the issue.

Our upstream confirmed that the affected router is back in operation.
