We are aware of a full network disruption for about 3 minutes on 2024-01-04 from 23:03:00 till 23:06:00.
First investigation showed that the dark-fibre connection to Amsterdam failed. The affected upstream provider has re-routed its traffic via backup paths however, we can still see slight packet loss and connection timeouts to our services. We are in contact with them to solve the issue as soon as possible.
